Today we celebrated the feast of The Body and The Blood of Christ. It is a mystery that surrounds us and plumbs the depth of every life.
I offer you this meditation on video designed to be used in the essential quiet space after communion at mass.
I hope that it will honour and deepen the mystery of the eucharist in all of our lives.
